Ingredients
- 4 ounces Mathieu-Gandon Rosé Nature Champagne N.V.
- 2 ounces Sparkling Water
- 1 handful Ice Cubes
- 1 slice Lemon Slice for garnish
- 1 sprig Mint Sprig for garnish (optional)
Directions

Fill a wine glass with a handful of ice cubes.

Add the sparkling water to the glass.

Gently stir to combine the wine and sparkling water.
